What 20% means

20% during the Founder Build Phase: up to 24 months from activation or the 100th qualified paying business, whichever comes first.

Afterwards, a separate City Ambassador partnership at 5% may be available while agreed activity and quality requirements are met. No automatic continuation.

Applying is free and does not reserve a city. Territory, duration, duties, eligible services and payout terms are agreed in writing before a mandate. Registrations alone earn no commission, and player purchases are not included. An application does not reserve a city. Founder status requires business and authority verification, accepted terms, an activated qualifying experience, confirmed payment or an explicitly approved pilot, and fraud review.
